About this website
The website is operated by DriverLab, trading as DriverLab. It presents software drivers, integration concepts and installer tools. Product availability, compatibility and validated features may vary by release. A preview or illustrative cover is not confirmation that a product is already available to purchase.
Website information and product releases
Product descriptions are intended to explain the capabilities confirmed for the applicable release. Check the published compatibility information before selecting a product. Supported hardware, firmware, Control4 versions, regional accounts and required companion drivers must be identified where relevant.
Illustrations may help explain the product concept, but must not be used to advertise unsupported functions. If an image or description is inaccurate, report it through driverlab.software@gmail.com. This paragraph does not excuse misleading claims or remove applicable legal rights.
Marketplace purchasing
This website does not operate a cart or take payment. DriverLab’s intended sales and licensing channel is DriverCentral. A product-specific purchasing link will be used only when the approved listing is confirmed. Until then, a general marketplace link does not indicate that a DriverLab product is listed or approved.
A purchase is subject to the applicable marketplace terms, the product’s displayed terms and any valid software licence. These Website Terms are not a software licence and do not override mandatory rights. DriverCentral’s involvement does not automatically remove DriverLab’s own responsibilities as a developer or website operator.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Nothing here prevents lawful accessibility testing, good-faith reports or other activity protected by applicable law.
Compatibility and third-party services
Integrations can depend on hardware, network configuration, firmware, manufacturer accounts and third-party services. Their availability can change. Only confirmed support commitments and limitations should be stated. No universal compatibility or uninterrupted-operation guarantee is made through this catalog.
Intellectual property and brand references
DriverLab’s own material and third-party material are subject to their respective rights. Manufacturer names are used to identify the intended integration. Applicable asset and software licences continue to govern third-party materials.
Responsibility and legal rights
The website provides general product information. It is not a substitute for the product documentation, commissioning validation or manufacturer safety requirements. Website statements do not waive liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any product warranty, support commitment, limitation of liability, governing-law or dispute clause must be settled in the reviewed product/marketplace terms rather than invented here.
Changes and contact
Material updates will be reflected in the dated terms. Questions and website-content concerns can be sent to driverlab.software@gmail.com. The website operator’s correspondence details appear in Legal & Accessibility.
